MFS basic filtration - Filtration threshold : 0,01 µm

The submicron filter ensures extremely fine and efficient filtration, guaranteeing cleanliness level class 1 (particles and oil according to ISO 8573-1 standard). Thanks to its double filtration system and automatic purge, it ensures effective elimination of particles and condensates, while being easy to install and maintain. It is complementary and is installed after a micron filter.

The double filtration (both mechanical at 0,01µm and by coalescence) allows the air to be filtered in the most efficient way. Particles larger than 0,01µm are captured by the filter, then in the second phase of coalescence filtration, liquid particles in suspension are agglomerated and then eliminated via the automatic purge of the filter. It guarantees a residual oil content of less than 0.01 mg per m³ at 20°C and atmospheric pressure.
Easy to install and maintain
Thanks to the adjustable wall mounting brackets and collar assembly system, this filter is easy to install on compressed air networks. A major innovation for maintenance, the zero-clearance design allows for simpler and quicker filter cartridge replacements in minimal space (dimension D) without the need of special tools.
Automatic condensate evacuation without pressure drop
This filter incorporates a float drain at the bottom of the tank, which autonomously evacuates condensates without any pressure loss in the network.
